Obituary

MICHAEL LEE ALLEN, 51, OF Huntington, W. Va., husband of Linda Kay Allen, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, 18, 2010, at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born July 31, 1958, in Huntington, W. Va., son of the late Joe Allen and Dorothy Allen. He was also preceded in death by a son, Patrick Hutchinson. In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children, Paula (Don) Butcher, Lisa (Rick) Thompson, Larry (Shea) Hutchison and Kenny (Kelli) Hutchinson: two sisters, Brenda (Mark) Straight and Roberta Allen: one brother, Jerry Allen, and brother-in-law Brian Ellis. Michael was loved by all, especially by his six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Special friends are William Williams, Donald Cremeans, and Billy Shafer. Memorial service will be noon Monday, March 22, 2010, at Beard Mortuary, Huntington, by Evangelist Ephraim Tomblin and Pastor Ray Vance. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to noon Monday at the mortuary. Interment will be at Crooks Cemetery, Green Valley Road, Huntington.
