Obituary
HAZEL MARIE HOPKINS,
81, of Huntington, W.Va., passed away peacefully on Wednesday
April 30, 2014, at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was born August
17, 1932, in Barbourville, Ky., the daughter of the late Clarence E. and
Hazel Pryor Jackson. Marie was a loving homemaker always putting her family
first. She is survived by her loving husband Ray Hopkins; a daughter Barbara
Hopkins of New Albany, Ohio; son and daughter-in-law Jim and Debbie Hopkins
of Lebanon, Ohio; a granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Hopkins and a host of
cousins. The family will receive friends after noon on Saturday at Beard
Mortuary. A procession will leave the funeral home at 12:45 p.m. and
graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. at Spring Hill Cemetery
with Rev. Ron Burnsworth officiating. Burial will follow. Those who wish
may make memorial contributions to Hospice of Huntington
