Mrs. Ethel Collins, 84, of Huntington, wife of James W. Collins, died Sunday September 6, 2009 at Huntington Health and Rehab. She was born May 6, 1925 in Huntington, a daughter of the late Melvin Napier and Myrtle Billups Napier Perry. She was a retired seamstress She was Baptist by faith. Additional survivors include 3 sisters; Bonnie Plybon and Garnet Maynard, both of Huntington, and Rosie Watts of Bradrick, OH; and 5 brothers, Alpha Perry, Kenny Perry, Billy Perry, Delbert Napier, and Gene Napier all of Wayne, WV. Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 Wednesday at Chapman's Mortuary, with Elder Charles O. Adkins officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Friends may call after 1:00 PM Wednesday at Chapman's Mortuary.
