Otis Clay, Jr., 66, of Huntington, WV, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2012, in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington. He was born May 30, 1945 in Lenore, WV a son of the late Otis Clay, Sr. and Hazel Marcum Clay. Two brothers, George and James and a sister, Juanita, also preceded him in death. Survivors include: three sisters, Doris, Brenda and Melda; and three brothers, Phillip, Clancy, and Jack. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, May 5, 2012, at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, with Rev. Diana Clay officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, OH. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, May 4, 2012, at Chapman’s Mortuary.
