ObituaryCynthia Caudill Hinkle Turnbull, 86, of Huntington, WV, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016, at Cabell Health Care Center, Culloden, WV, surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Thursday, August 4, 2016, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor J. Andrew Magnusson officiating and special music provided by the Gold N Girls and Janice Chandler Gold. Burial will take place at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. Cynthia was born January 23, 1930 in Salyersville, KY a daughter of the late Carroll W. and Reva Patrick Caudill. She was also preceded in death by her first husband Alfred Farrar Hinkle and her second husband Thomas Turnbull. She graduated from Ashland High School in 1948. She was a member of Baptist Temple; a Certified Gemologist with Clifford's Jewelers and C and H Rauch Jewelers; Guyandotte Chapter #89 OES; and Beverly Hills Woman's Club. Survivors include: three daughters and a son-in-law, Dr. Carolyn Clark and Debora Swepston, both of Dublin, OH and Pattie (Harold) Saunders of Huntington; six grandchildren, Dr. Heather (Jonathan) Priestland, Michael L. (Stephanie) Clark, April Saunders Tooley (Clayton), Mandy Saunders Null (Michael) Angela Swepston, and Ashley Saunders; eight great grandchildren, Alec, Jack, and Rachael Priestland, Harrison and Lucy Clark, Audrey and Anna Swepston, and Nancy; a brother Louis Caudill of Russell, KY and two nieces Luanne Fugeman and Kelli Adams as well as a nephew James B. (Meredith) Hinkle and a niece Janice Hinkle Bunting (Brian). Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Wednesday, August 3, 2016, at Chapman's Mortuary. We would like to extend our deepest appreciation to all of the staff of Cabell Health Care Center and Dr. Stacey Smith at St. Mary's Medical Center. Mother was a Special Lady with a fun spirited soul and we will miss her every day until we see you again in Heaven!!!
