Colleen Kay Sheeley, 67, of Milton, WV, died Wednesday October 11, 2017 at her residence. Colleen was born November 27, 1949 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Ray and Ruth Morris Oxley. She was a member of the first Baptist Church of Hamlin. She was also preceded in death by one son, Christopher Handley. Survivors include one daughter, Crissy Adkins of Milton, one sister, Janet Woodin of Nitro, WV, two grandchildren, Riley Handley and Joshua Adkins. There will be no services. Chapman's Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
