Lucille P. Chapman, 96, of Huntington, widow of John Lloyd Chapman, died Thursday, September 24, 2020 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born October 23, 1923 in Martin County, KY., a daughter of the late Riley and Sally Star Parsley. Several siblings also preceded her in death. She was a homemaker, and a member of River Cities Church. Survivors include her daughter Johnifer Sue Chapman-Clagg of Culloden, WV; two granddaughters, Sally Bowen (Mike) of Rosedale, VA, Lucinda Beth Clagg of Charleston, WV; one grandson, John E. Clagg of Milton, WV; and five great grandchildren. Graveside services 11:00 am Monday, September 28, 2020 at the White Chapel Mausoleum, with Pastor Larry Green officiating. Burial will follow. Friends may call 30 minutes prior to service time Monday at the cemetery. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family.
