Regina Rose Toppins, 38, of Huntington, WV, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2020, in South Point, OH. She was born February 11, 1982 in Morgantown, WV a daughter of Rhonda Taylor Rice of Morgantown and Ronald DeBerry of Mississippi. She was a graduate of University High School in Morgantown and Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in Pittsburgh, PA. She was a chef. Survivors include: her husband, Everett Allan Toppins; her mother and step father, Rhonda Taylor Rice and Ronald Rice of Morgantown; two sons, Everett Dane Toppins and Travis Nathaniel Toppins; maternal grandparents, Elda and Donald Hodges of Tunnelton, WV; aunt and uncle, Judy and Clinton Adkins of Reedsville, WV; cousin, Sarah Slagle (David Trivett) and their son, Onyx Trivett, all of Morgantown; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Everett and Shirley Toppins of Huntington; sisters-in-law, Wendy and Christine Korff of Hamlin, WV, Dottie Wiley of Parkersburg, and Elizabeth Adkins of Ohio; and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm Satruday, September 19, 2020, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington.
