Brent Eugene Pack


Brent Eugene Pack, 53, of Glenwood, husband of Gala Dawn Stanley Pack, died Saturday, April 3, 2021 at St. Medical Center. He was born August 23, 1967 in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Joe and Lillian Ann Hulshizer Pack. Brent was a master machinist belonging to the Teamsters Union. He last worked at Huntington Plating. Brent was a volunteer firefighter for nine years with the Ohio River Road Volunteer Fire Department reaching the rank of Lieutenant. In addition to his wife, Gala, survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Autumn Sammons of Glenwood, and Raven and Keaton Cutler of Scott Depot, WV; three sons and daughters-in-law, T.J. and Casey Adkins of Bloomingrose, WV, Kyle and Jennifer Adkins of Charleston, SC, and Logan and Kayla Pack of Huntington; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Veronica and Fred Dailey of Glenwood and Deborah Pack of Huntington; 13 grandchildren including three that he had a hand in raising, Abbigail Bolen, J.D. Bolen, and Jonah Hammer; Anna Adkins, Rachel Adkins, Grant Adkins, Ben Adkins, Jeffery Adkins, Faith Adkins, Benjamin Hammer, Mia Cutler, Lillian Pack, and Brentlee Pack. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family and a celebration of life is being planned for, in the month of May.
