Obituary


Marjorie Ann Linville, 72, of Huntington, WV, lifelong companion of Danny Pridemore, passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at home. She was born June 10, 1948 in Huntington a daughter of the late Aeral and Frieda Scragg Linville. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Aeral Robert "Bobby" Linville and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was a graduate of Barboursville High School and West Virginia University; formerly taught school; and later was a telemarketer. In addition to her lifelong companion, survivors include: an uncle and aunt, John Lyle (Elizabeth) Scragg; a nephew, Jake Linville and a sister-in-law, Janet Linville, both of Arizona; and several cousins including Ruth Moslander, Nancy Burger, Charles Moslander, Barbara Vasslotti, Una Dorsey, Phyllis Dorsey, Dana Dorsey, Bob Dorsey, John Halley, David Halley, Linda Scragg, and Charles Scragg. Services will be private with burial in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
