Nora Eloise Smith


Nora Eloise Smith, 63, of Huntington left this world the morning of Sunday, March 14th, while at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Emma Jean and Willie Lyons. Nora was also preceded in death by her husband, Hobert Smith, 2 sisters, Sheila Brumfield and Mary Bellomy, 1 brother Bobby Sanders and 1 granddaughter, Ashley McComas. Nora's survivors include 1 brother Brian Sanders (Kathy), 1 sister, Joanna, 2 sons, Hobie Smith (Barb) and Jason Smith, 1 daughter Stephanie Smith (Byron). Nora and Hobert also raised 3 nieces and 1 nephew, Katrina Rowe (Phil), LaToma Smith, Tina McComas (Jeremy) and Howard Smith. She also leaves behind 9 grandchildren, Liz-Beth, Cameron, Bradley, Courtney, Kialei, Katence, Caden, Brayden and Haleigh and a huge host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends all of whom she loved deeply. Service's for Nora will be held Thursday March 18th at Chapman's Mortuary in Huntington, WV. Viewing for family and friends will begin at 11:30. Service begins at Noon.
