Obituary

Patricia Ann Peyton

PATRICIA ANN (FRAZIER) PEYTON, of indeterminate age but very specific opinions, passed peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, Sept. 26, 2021. Patti was born in 1946 in Pittsburgh, PA, the daughter of Margaret (Hafner) Scudere and Ralph Frazier. She was a 1964 graduate of Huntington East High and retired from CandP Telephone before moving to Barboursville, WV.
She loved loud televisions, seafood at the shore, the Steelers and Marshall. But mostly she loved her family.
Patti was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Butch Frazier and a beloved grandson, Zachary Boggs.
Patti is survived by her brother Kenneth (Linda) Frazier and sisters Linda (Allen) Woods and Sandra (Michael) Gall. She is also survived by her daughters, Shelia Starkey and Stacie (Thom) Boggs, her granddaughter Megan Boggs, godson Timmy Mitchell, bonus granddaughter Samantha Wheeler, great-grandchildren Roseline, Christian and Aurora, and a host of nieces and great-nieces and nephews.
Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, please express condolences through donations to Hospice of Huntington. Their dedicated staff were invaluable to Patti and her daughters in her final days.
Patti would tell you that life is better at the beach. That's why she chose to go there to party instead of having a service. She would also tell you to get yourself to the beach as soon as you can. And when you go there, raise a glass and tell a story about Patti.
