Kathern Jean Halverson
(December 1, 1980 - January 27, 2022)

Kathern Jean Halverson, 41, of Huntington, wife of Kenny Halverson, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022 in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was a homemaker. Born December 1, 1980 in Charleston, WV, she was the daughter of Virginia Jones of South Charleston, and the late Larry Jones. She is also survived by a step-daughter, April Ward of IL, and one step-son of Oregon. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 pm Friday, February 4, 2022 at Fairlawn Baptist Church in Dunbar, WV, with Pastor Joe Ballard and Pastor Tim Britton officiating. Burial will be in Flora Hills Garden of Memories, 6839 Sissonville Drive, Sissonville, WV, 25360. Friends may call one hour prior to service time Friday at the church. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
