Obituary

 James. L. “PawPaw” Clements, 64, of Huntington, died Wednesday, September 10, 2008 in the VA Medical Center, Huntington. Funeral service will be 2 pm Monday, September 15, 2008 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington with Pastor Jason Ridley officiating. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington. He was born July 15, 1944 in Huntington, a son of the late Wilbur L. Sr. and Rosa Lewis Clements. He served in the U.S. Armed Forces as a Military Policeman during the Vietnam Era. He was a former printer with the Allied Printing Company. James is survived by his companion of 27 years, Sue McClure; a daughter, Jamie Redmon of Huntington; three brothers; Don Perry of Boston, Mass., Wilbur R (Bessie) Clements Jr. and Adrian Clements, both of Huntington; three sisters, Joyce L. Turner, Esther M. (Leon) Wheeler and Linda C. Payton all of Columbus, OH; one stepson, Kasey McClure; and two grandchildren. Visitation will be 1 PM until service time at the funeral home.
