Kendall LaShaya Keith
(September 7, 1995 - May 30, 2021)



Kendall LaShaya Keith

   Of Huntington, WV, passed away on Sunday, May 30th, 2021, at the age of Twenty-Five years, Eight months, and twenty-three days. She was born September 7th, 1995, in Huntington, WV, to the late Edward Timothy Washington, and Carolyn Jones-Horne (Timothy).  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandfather, Joe Edward Jones, Sr; two grandmothers, Anna Bell Jones, and Mildred Washington; two uncles, Joe Edward Jones, Jr, and Lloyd Jones; and four aunts; Oretha Ann Jones; Katherine Lynn Jones; Christine Ann Jones; and Elizabeth Ann Washington.  

   Kendall was employed by Loved Ones, Inc, of Huntington, WV. She was involved in track, volleyball, softball, basketball, and cheerleading. Her favorite NFL team was the Dallas Cowboys. 

   Those left to cherish her memory include two sons: Elijah M. Stephens, Isaiah Stephens, of Wayne, WV, her mother; Carolyn Jones-Horne (Jimmy) of Huntington, WV, two sisters: Tocarro M. Keith (Masai) of Huntington, WV and Shakesia A. Hardiman (Mario) of Troy, NC, four brothers: Davon T. Jones-Keith (Kelley) of Huntington, WV, RaShaun D. Jones (Karinna) of Huntington, WV, James T. Washington, and Jerrod Washington,  two stepsisters: Ashley Leach of Gallipolis, OH, Amber Horne (Mike) of Gallipolis, OH and one stepbrother: Shawn Horne of Gallipolis, OH, boyfriend and father of her two children: Jarred Stephens, godmother of her children: Nautica Carter, best friends: Morgan Bias, Niaka (Ray Ray) Jones, Daleesha Washington, Megan Keith, Alexis Williams  and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. 

     Kendall was raised by a host of her friend’s mothers. If we forgot to mention your name, please forgive us. 

     Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M, Saturday, June 26th, 2021, at First Baptist Church, Huntington, WV with Pastor John Porter officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, June 25th, 2021, at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington, WV.
