Mary Cathern Owens, 94, of Barboursville passed away Sunday, April 3, 2016 in Cabell-Huntington Hospital. She was born September 8, 1921 in Portersville, WV, a daughter of the late Joe and Emma May Dillon. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Orville D. Owens and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Angela Owens of Barboursville and James and Regina Owens of Powell, OH; five grandchildren, Alisha Leann Harbour, Michael Owens, Michelle Miller, Jeremy Owens and Morgan Owens-Hunt; and one brother, Winfred Dillon of Milton. Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2016 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Doug Spurlock officiating. Burial will follow in Enon Cemetery, Salt Rock. Friends may call one hour prior to the service Friday at the funeral home.
