Lillian Lorraine Woodard, 88, of Culloden passed away Saturday, October 15 at Cabell Health Care Center, Culloden. She was born May 4, 1928 in Logan, WV, a daughter of the late Rose Lee Dingess. She was also preceded in death by her husband, C. Lacy Woodard. Mrs. Woodard is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Roger and Andrea Woodard of Culloden and Michael and Connie Woodard of Ona; two daughters and sons-in-law, Faye and Richard Bachand of Milton and Sharon and Bill Board of Huntington; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three step grandchildren; five step great grandchildren; and a special cousin, Gaye Adams. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, October 17, 2016 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 18 at the funeral home with the Rev. Joe Cantley officiating. Burial will follow in Culloden Cemetery.
