ObituaryORVILLE G. PRITT, 72, of Milton, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2005, in St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, 2005, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, with the Rev. Ted Nance officiating. Burial will follow in Sycamore Cemetery, Hurricane. Orville was born May 2, 1933, in Cannelton, W.Va., a son of the late Roy Lee and Mary Ellen Simmons Pritt. He is also is preceded in death by one brother, Denver D. Pritt. Orville served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Lower Creek Methodist Church. He is survived by his loving wife, Erma Frances Pritt; one son, William Lee Pritt and wife Cynthia; one dauther, Vickie Sioux Bartoszek and husband, Thomas; one brother, Roy Pritt; one sister, Deloris Bell; five grandchildren, Kerrie Jeffers, Kandie Cremeans, Michael Pritt, Joseph Bartoszek and Kaydee Bartoszek; five great-grandchildren, Brittany Jeffers, Ronnie Jeffers, Shawn Jeffers, Brianna Ring and Jonathon Cremeans. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Lower Creek Methodist Church or to the family. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, 2005, at the funeral home.
