Obituary

 Alexus Nicole Paige Johnson, 6, of Milton went home to be with the Lord on May 9, 2007.  Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton .Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton.  Alexus was born on February 8, 2001 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of Sabra Johnson of Milton.  She was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Audrey Johnson and two great grandfathers, Bennett T. Johnson and James W. Clark.  In addition to her mother, Sabra, she is also survived by two brothers, A.J. and Wyatt Riddle; maternal grandparents, Marcia Scott and Emmett and Connie Johnson; great grandparents, Charlotte (Clark) and Manty McCoy; two special uncles, Greg and Austin Johnson; special aunt, Autumn; four cousins she loved very much, Courtney (Torken) Johnson, Caiden Copley, C.J. and Cheyenne Klodowski; special friend and babysitter, Ciara and Connie Leffingwell; and her closest friends, Daniel Ballengee, Heather-Summer Scott, Brandon Pistore, and her kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Chapman, and all of her classmates.  Alexus was a free spirited child with independence and an eagerness to learn.  She was always willing to take on the next thing and readily waiting to get into something.  She could touch your heart in an instant.  She gave so much in her short time with us, but her giving continues in her death.  Her organs were donated to help give other children a chance to live.  She would have relished in the idea that she got to include so many people.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 PM on Monday, May 14, 2007 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton
