Obituary

William P. Jones Jr., 80, of Huntington, W.Va., husband of Elnora L. Jones, died Saturday morning, March 22, 2008 in the Hospice House of Huntington.  Graveside services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, March 24, 2008 at Valley View Memorial Park Mausoleum with Rev. Bill DeMoss officiating.  Bill was a Sargent in the United States Army where he served in combat during World War II.  He was an iron and steel construction worker and an all around master of many trades.  He was well known by many as a great friend and very willing to help anyone.  He is also survived by his daughter, Claudia L. McCracken of St. Albans, W.Va.; one son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Debbie Jones of Mishawaka, Indiana; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hospice House of Huntington.  Friends may visit one hour prior to the service on Monday at the cemetery.  Heck Funeral Home, Milton is assisting the family with arrangements.
