Obituary

James Dailey Arthur, 55, of Milton, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2009 at his residence.  Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 PM, Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.  Burial will follow in Bias Chapel Cemetery, Milton.  He was born October 16, 1953 in Cabell Co., WV, a son of the late Frank and Thelma Allen Arthur.  He was also preceded in death by his son, Randy Taylor-Arthur.  James enjoyed walking and spending time gardening.  He is survived by three children, James Taylor-Arthur and Patricia Bing both of Branchland and Danny Taylor-Arthur of Florida; five sisters, Mary Louise Acord of PA, Anna Christine Thomas of Winfield, Joyce Marie Matthews of Milton, Diana Faye Elliott of Cross Lanes, and Regina Kay Waggoner of Milton; three brothers, Frank Arthur of GA, David Arthur of Scott Depot, and Johnny Allen of Milton ; five grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, and friends.  Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM, Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
