Carroll Leon "Lee" Kinnard, 68, of Culloden passed away Thursday, May 19, 2011 in CAMC-Memorial, Charleston. He was born March 17, 1943 in Culloden, WV a son of Mildred Thomasson Kinnard of Culloden and the late Carol Lee Kinnard. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a wireman for IBEW, Local 317. He enjoyed spending time with and taking care of his family. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Ricky (Kim) Kinnard of Linden, MI and Brian Kinnard of Milton ; granddaughter, Samantha; two sisters, Karen Lunsford of Milton and Marie Maitland of Virginia; the mother of his children, Loys Kinnard. A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, May 28, 2011 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton. Friends and family may gather for a time of visiting from NOON until the time of the service at the funeral home.
