Jackie Edward “Jack” Chapman, 63, of Proctorville, OH, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at his home. He was born May 1, 1952 in Milton, WV, a son of the late Johnny and Wilma Stratton Chapman. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Mark Chapman. Jack was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Ann Marie Chapman; one daughter, Christie Preston of Proctorville; two grandchildren, Emma and Joel Preston; and two brothers, Ricky Chapman of West Hamlin and Randy Chapman of Huntington. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, December 11, 2015 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 12 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Maddox-Swann Cemetery, West Hamlin.
