ROSEMARY LEE MOORE
(February 22, 1923 - March 23, 2009)

ROSEMARY LEE MOORE, 86, of Barboursville, WV, passed away Monday, March 23, 2009 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. She is survived by a sister, Marjorie and Paul Hass of Columbus, Ohio; two daughters, Judy and Cagle Curtis of Huntington, West Virginia, and Suzanne and Jon Bryant of Tomball, Texas; grandchildren Chip and Teena Watkeys of Greenville, NC, David and Michelle Watkeys of Fairmont, West Virginia, Jeff and Shannon Bryant and Jeremy and Jenny Bryant of Round Rock, Texas, Cindy Wilson of Garner, NC, and Cathy Curtis of Huntington, WV; and six great-grandchildren. Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, James Moore; her parents, Dewey and Verda Keister, and one grandson, Kevin Bryant. Rosemary resigned from Guaranty Bank and Trust when her first child was born and made her profession that of homemaker and Servant of God. The most important and meaningful aspects of her life were her Heavenly Father, her husband and her children. Rosemary was a member of the New Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held at HENSON MORTUARY, BARBOURSVILLE, WV, Thursday, March 26, 2009, at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at the mortuary Wednesday, March 25, 2009, from 6-9 p.m. Entombment will be in the White Chapel Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Barboursville, WV. Officiating will be Rev. Bob Johnson and Rev. Don Walker. Rosemary taught more than three generations of God's Word in Sunday school, youth groups and Bible studies. She impacted lives daily by example as she walked in the footsteps of Jesus Christ and carried His Word with her. She witnessed for the Lord to all she met while remaining totally involved in her family's lives and the spiritual growth of all who were privileged to know her. She will be so missed by those she leaves behind here on Earth, however, she will be even more welcomed by those with whom she has been reunited in her Heavenly Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington. HENSON MORTUARY, BARBOURSVILLE, is handling arrangements for the family.
