LYN JARRETT WOODRUM
(April 25, 1945 - April 3, 2010)

LYN JARRETT (SMITH) WOODRUM, 64, of Milton, WV, passed away Saturday, April 3, 2010 at her residence. She was born April 25, 1945 in Berwick, PA, the daughter of Hiram Clinton and Blanche E. Schechterly Smith. She graduated from Berwick High School in 1963 and moved to Barboursville on June 1963. She retired in July 1995 from Big Bear Stores where she worked for 30 years. She was a Past Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star #95 of Barboursville from 1983 until 1984. She is survived by two brothers, Hiram Clinton Smith and Christopher Paul Dent; one sister, Helen Jane Vezendy; one, stepdaughter, Kelly Ann Woodrum; one nephew, Michael Vezendy; two nieces, Jessicalyn Vezendy and Jarrett A. Sitlee One grandniece, and one grandnephew. HENSON MORTUARY, BARBOURSVILLE, is assisting the family. There will be no service or visitation. Donations may be made to Hospice of Huntington or to the American Lung Association.
