Obituary
FRANK R. CARICO Frank R. Carico, 89 of Blue Springs, Mo., formerly of Huntington, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2010, at Shangria-La Rehabilitation Center, Blue Springs, Mo. He was born April 16, 1920, in Huntington, a son of the late John Henry and Icie Ellen Hagley Carico. He was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Carico, (1999); and four sisters, Birdie Wolfe, Naomi Marsaki, Eloise Wilson, Beulah Dillon; three brothers, John Carrico, Jim Carrico, and Bobby Carico. Survivors include two sons and daughter-in-law, Frank A. Carico of Kansas, Mo., and Russell and Barbara Carico of Blue Springs, Mo.; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mr. Carico retired from Hesse Corp. as a metal finisher. He was a U.S. Navy W.W.II. Veteran and past master of Masonic Lodge No. 631, Kansas city, where he served two terms. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at Ridgelawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Burial will follow at the cemetery with Reverends Jody Fortner and Willie May officiating. Friends may call from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville. Donations may be made to Grace Hospice of Kansas City. Henson Mortuary, Barboursville is assisting the family.
