CHASITY LAURA FLOWERS
Chasity Laura Flowers, 31, of Huntington, died Friday, February 26, 2010, at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born November 21, 1978, in Huntington a daughter of the late Carolyn Sue Bowen Chapman. She was a registered LPN and worked at Health South Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Friends may call from 6:00-9:00 P.M. on Monday, March 1, 2010, Henson Mortuary. She is survived by her father, Sam Chapman III. and his wife Shirley, Husband Michael S. Flowers, three sons, Jacob, Nicholas and Sammy Flowers, one sister Sandra Chapman and her fiancée David Tackett, one brother Randy and wife Deidre Chapman, stepsisters Gina Adkins, Deana Lewis and Crissy Zerkle, Brother-in-laws, Richard and wife Christi Flowers, Jason Flowers, sister-in-laws, Erica and husband Eric Gibson, Shelia Artis and a former sister-in-law Lynn Griffin. Special cousins Jack Chapman, Jr., Angie Mylar, Wendy Welch, Angie Adkins, Father and Mother-in-law Richard & Judy Flowers, Nieces Christine Tackett, Paige Tackett, Vanessa Tackett, Haley Chapman, Nephews Brandon, Cody Chapman, Jason, Connor Flowers, Special friends Jason "Slim" Black, Barbara Bledsoe.
