GEORGE C. KIMBLE
George C. Kimble, 83 of Ceredo, WV, passed away on Thursday, January, 12, 2012 in the V.A. Medical Center, Huntington, WV. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville, WV with Dr. Allen Reasons officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington, WV. He was born January 6, 1929 in Wetzel County, WV the son of the late Edward R. and Noreen Fordyce Kimble. He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Jo Sommerville Kimble of Ceredo, WV. He is also survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Donald Kimble (Joann) of Moundsville, WV, one sister and son-in-law, Mary Lou Pelley (Harlan) of Colorado and one step-brother and sister-in-law, Vaun Newill (Janet) of PA., and numerous nieces and nephews. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in Korea and was also a retired printer. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Melvin, Wayne and John Kimble. Friends may call one hour prior to services at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville, WV.
