PATRICIA LUCILLE SCOTT
(March 13, 1932 - March 8, 2012)

Patricia L. “Creaky” Vinson Scott, 79 of South Point Ohio went to be with the Lord, at her residence on Thursday, March 08, 2012. The Ohio native was born March 13, 2012, the daughter of the late Ural and Velvey Vinson. She was a cosmetologist by trade and also a member of the Labor of Love Ministries in South Point Ohio, where she served as a church mother and a faithful friend. Patricia was preceded in death by three daughters Marsha Ward, Frederica Linthicum, and Patrice Scott. One son, Johnnie Scott, one grandson, Brian Ward, and one sister-in-law, Alice Vinson. She is survived by her granddaughter, whom was her care giver Lavonne Ward, one daughter, Cheryl Scott of Huntington WV, two sons, James Harris of Huntington WV, Patrick Scott of South Point, Ohio; Five brothers, Cecil Vinson of Gallipolis Ohio, Richard Vinson of Columbus Ohio, Roy Vinson of South Point Ohio, Calvin “Willean” Vinson of Scott Depot WV ,Ural “Deloris” Vinson of Toledo Ohio, 14 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville, WV. Visitation will held from 11:00 AM to service time on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Burlington Cemetery, Burlington, OH.
