EVA G. SULLIVAN
(April 26, 1928 - February 28, 2014)

Eva “Jackie” Griffith Sullivan, 85 of Huntington, WV, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, February 28, 2014. She was born April 26, 1928 in Huntington, WV the daughter of the late, George and Sarah Kitchen Griffith. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Ralph Sullivan; siblings, Lula Mae “Tootsie” McCoy, George “Junior” Griffith, Ray Griffith, Paul Edward Griffith and Patricia Queen. She was a homemaker, wonderful mother and loved her children. She was also a member of Raceland First Assembly of God. She is survived by one sister, Pauline Wood; four children, Mark (Kelli) Sullivan, Susan (Mark) Ball, Steven (Angela) Sullivan and Teresa Barry; grandchildren, Jordan Wymer, Zachary and Tyler Ball, Jessica Turner, Jacob and Jeremy Sullivan and a precious great-granddaughter, Aubree Rae. Special thanks to the staff of Cabell Huntington Hospital for their kindness and care. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Barboursville, WV with Pastors Chad Haggard and James Wells officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery, Huntington. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
