VIOLET MARIE MEADOWS
(April 16, 1939 - October 25, 2015)

Violet Marie Meadows,76, of Milton, WV formally of Lesage, WV went home to be with the Lord on Sunday October 25, 2015 in Kissito Health Center Bastian, VA. Born April 16, 1939 Logan, WV. The daughter of the late Elbert and Sarah Maynard Adams. She was formally employeed by Kresges, H.L. Green, Hills Department Store and Lesage Foodland. I addition to her parents she is preceeded by her husband Lon Meadows. Survivors include her son Ronald Meadows of Barboursville, WV and a step-daughter and her husband Sharon and Terry White of Hockessin, DE. Four step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren and a very special friend Ronnie Fisher. Mrs. Meadows was a member of Cremeans Chapel Lesage, WV and formally attended 26th. Street Baptist Church and Central Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday October 30, 2015 at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary Barboursville, WV.  Burial will be in Greenbottom Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-9 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
