Bonnie Lorraine Franklin
(August 28, 1961 - September 5, 2016)

Bonnie Lorraine Scites Franklin, 55 of Huntington, W.Va. passed away, Monday, September 5, 2016. She was born August 28, 1961 in Huntington, W.Va. the daughter of the late, Russell Scites and Carrie Scites Hanshaw. She was a homemaker and an active member of New Life Church in Huntington, W.Va.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Linda White. She is survived by her husband, Douglas Franklin of Huntington, W.Va; her children, Herbert Eugene Inscoe (Lindsay) of Beckley, W.Va, Selena Evonne Franklin, Andre Sterling Franklin and Lance Edward Franklin all of Huntington, W.Va; two grandchildren, Skye Paige Inscoe and Sophia Morgan; sister, Midge Lykins (Bub) of Lesage, W.Va; aunt, Juanita “Bonnie” Ayers of Huntington, W.Va. Funeral services honoring her life will be conducted on Friday, September 9, 2016 at 1:30 PM at New Life Church, Huntington, W.Va. with Pastor Darrell Huffman officiating. Burial will follow in Rosemont Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, W.Va. The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM until service time on Friday at the church. Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Huntington, W.Va. is caring for the family.
