Wanda Ruth Poff Mulligan, 73 of Huntington, W.Va. passed away, Friday, April 7, 2017 in Rivers Bend Healthcare, South Point, OH. She was born November 27, 1943 in Kenova, W.Va. the daughter of the late, Charles and Goldie Walker Poff. She was a retired Dietitian in the nursing home business and was a member of New Beginning Apostolic Church, Huntington, W.Va. In addition to her parents, Wanda was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank Mulligan; two daughters, Rebecca Gillette, Debbie Smith James and one son, Timothy Smith; sister, Marie Parsley; brothers, Ervin Poff, Charles Poff, Billy Poff. She is survived by, Ronald Keith Smith, II. (Angela) of Huntington, W.Va; sisters, Betty Poff and Patty Tackett both of Ohio; brother, Don Poff of Lavallette, W.Va. and Arnie Poff of Huntington, W.Va. and Arthur Poff (Pam) of Summersville, W.Va; grandchildren, Ronald Keith Smith, III. (Amanda) of Huntington, W.Va, Elizabeth Dawn Lawrence (Shane) of Huntington, W.Va. and Tiffany Parsons (CJ) of Kentucky; six great-grandchildren. Per Wanda’s request, there will be no services. Henson and Kitchen Mortuary, Huntington, W.Va. is caring for the family.
