Randall Thomas Thompson


Randall Thomas Thompson 63 of Proctorville, Ohio passed from this life into his eternal resting place to be with our Mom on Friday, November 19, Randy was born July 26 1958 in Cabell Huntington Hospital, the son of Arthur and Joyce Thompson both deceased, Randy was the youngest of four surviving siblings, brothers Eddie Thompson of Myrtle Beach, SC, Ronnie Thompson and wife Nina of Huntington, WV and sister Barbara Watts and husband Jackie of East Lynn, WV all being raised Out Wayne, WV. Randy was drywall finisher by trade being lifetime member of painters local 970 where he was one of the best. Randy was long time faithful member of Christ Temple Church in Huntington, WV where he loved worshiping Jesus Christ . Randy is survived by host of Niece's and nephews who loved their Uncle Randy, Eddie’s children Isaiah and Taylor Thompson, Ashlee and husband Nolan and Chloe and Casey Scarborough all of Myrtle Beach, SC and Missy Thompson of Wayne, WV, Ronnie and Nina’s son Joey and wife Angie and Braedon and Breanna, Barbara and Jackie’s daughter Arnicia Frye of East Lynn, WV , also surviving are Randy’s ex-wife Deanna Thompson of Proctorville, Ohio and his son Chad McCommas whom he had a wonderful father son relationship with , Randy was so proud of him and his accomplishments and the fact he helped raise a wonderful Godly man . Randy will be sadly missed by everyone that ever met him, he is also survived by host of cousins who loved him greatly, Randy never met a stranger and will be sadly missed by everyone that knew him, he touched so many lives , his legacy shall remain his love for Jesus Christ and his fellow man, his motto was (with Jesus Christ all things are possible) Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary 6357 E. Pea Ridge Rd. Huntington, WV near Barboursville with Pastor Dwight Mays and Pastor Eddie Thompson officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM service time on Tuesday at the mortuary.
