Belvia Marie Hughes Carpenter Wiley, 92 of Keith, WV, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 in CAMC Memorial Hospital Charleston, WV. She was born September 10, 1929 in Keith, WV the daughter of the late, Charles Edward and Betha Louise Reed Hughes. She was a homemaker and member of Keith Full Gospel Church. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Ed Carpenter and her second husband, Noah Wiley; two infant sons, Gary and Timmy Carpenter and one step-son, Noah Carson Wiley; two sisters, two brothers; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by a daughter, Patty McKinney of Keith, WV and one son, Eddie (Patty) Carpenter of Keith, WV; one step-son, Teddy Wiley of Huntington, WV. There will be no public services.
