Elizabeth Lillibridge Swain

Elizabeth Ella Lillibridge Swain, 94 of Ona, West Virginia passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born February 17, 1928 in Norwich, CT; daughter of the late Ralph Aldebert Lillibridge and Elizabeth Tetlow Lillibridge. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Edward Swain; son, Randy Swain; and sister, Marion Grenier. Elizabeth is survived by her daughters, Bonnie (Jim) Trader of Ona, WV, Tammie (Phillip) Distel of Ona, WV; grandchildren, Heather (Bryan) Barnett, Rob (Fiancée Dez) Wilson, Joseph (Ashley) Swain, Matthew Swain, Joey (Angie) Trader, Jackie (Michelle)Trader, Ian Harris, Hunter Smith, Corey Distel, Alexandria Distel; great-grandchildren, Cory Kirby, Tyler (Allyson) Wilson, Mikey Varney, Todd Wilson, Tarra (Chase) Childers, Chase Wilson, Lindsey Wilson, Jonas Trader, Hallie (Shawn) Knipp, Harlow Trader, Emily Swain, Aliyah Swain, Elizabeth Swain; great-great- grandchildren, Jaylese Varney, Crew Childers; special niece Kathy Neurath; and daughter-in-law, Joyce Swain. Funeral services will be conducted on at 12:00 PM, Noon on Friday, September 9, 2022 at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, 6357 E. Pea Ridge Road, Huntington, WV 25705 with Pastor Dustin Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Huntington. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the mortuary on Friday.
