Eris Velery Brown
April 23, 1924 - April 30, 2010

Eris Brown, recently of Ona, WV, passed away April 30 at the age of 86. She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Schubert, of Schofield, WI, and her brother, Richard Echols, of Elliston, VA. She was preceded in death by three infant children; her husband, Robert L. Brown; and her parents, Elvery McClelland Echols and Maggie Ida Huff of Roanoke, VA. Her final resting place will be Evergreen Burial Park, 1307 Summit Avenue SW, in Roanoke, VA. According to her wishes, a graveside service will be held in Roanoke at 1 p.m., Friday, May 7 with the Reverend Chris Atwood officiating.
