Shelby Yvette Harris Efird, 39, of Huntington, died Tuesday, October 5 at her residence. Shelby was a devoted mother and wife. She is survived by her husband Wayne Efird and their two daughters, Celeste and Liberty. Graveside service will be held 11a.m. Tuesday at their family cemetery in Lincoln County.
