Obituary
Delphia May Adkins,
74, of Huntington, WV passed away on Friday, May 11, 2012 at her residence.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, May 15, 2011 at 1:00 pm at
the Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor James Parsons. Burial will follow at
Highland Memory Gardens, Pecks Mill, and WV. Delphia was born on July 9,
1937 in Man, WV the daughter of the late Arron Wayne Maynard Sr. and Sally
Margaret Stapleton Maynard. In addition to her parents she was preceded in
death by her brother: Bill Maynard and two sisters: Irene Hall and Lillian
Hurley. She is survived by her brother; Arron Wayne Maynard Jr., one son:
William R. Allen of Toledo, Ohio, six daughters and sons in laws: Helena
Allen of Huntington, Rhonda jean and Kenny Windom of Augusta, GA., Deborah
Lynn Adkins; Haverhill, OH., Patricia Ann Deal of Barboursville, WV, Rachel
Leath and Lance Partlow of San Diego, CA., and Rita Deal of Barboursville,
WV. Three grandchildren: Twyla Jean Blair, Yvonne Lynn Messinger and
Christina Vail. Four great grandchildren: Michael and Sammy Blair, Alyson
Messinger and Rhea Rideout; several nieces and nephews and her precious
Angel. Friends may call from 6-8 pm Monday, May 14, 2012 at the Reger
Funeral Home.
