Obituary
ALICE ANGEL,
86, of Huntington W.Va., passed away on Saturday at St. Mary's Medical
Center. Alice was the widow of Jerry Angel her loving husband of 57 years.
She was a homemaker and a devoted wife and aunt. Alice was a member of the
American Legion Post 16 Auxiliary and St. Joseph Catholic Church. The
Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at 10 a.m. at
the St. Joseph Catholic Church by Fr. Dean Borgmeyer. Alice was born on
February 1, 1928 in Pittsburgh, Pa., the daughter of the late Lawrence and
Anne Niemiec. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her
husband Gerard "Jerry" Angel and nine brothers and sisters. She is survived
by her two nephews and niece: Joe and Wayne Niemiec and Ruth Angel. Friends
may call from 9 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at the church. Reger
Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
