Patricia Lou Smith, 88,of Huntington, died Friday, December 2, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor Jerry Matt. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. She was born July 12,1928 in Huntington the daughter of the late Lyle Dent and Adrienne Yoho McCorkle. She was a retired employee of Owens Illinois Glass Company. She was also preceded in death by a daughter Patricia Smith and a brother Jack McCorkle. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law David Smith and wife Cathy of Paradise, Ca.; a daughter Jacquelyn Grant of Huntington, WV; five grandchildren, Robert and Cheryl Grant, Thereasa Grant and husband John Perry, Richard Grant and Anita Snyder all of Huntington, Casie Banks and Courtnie Solis, five great grandchildren, Alexandria Rahal, Meagan Grant, Madison Grant, Foster Jones, and Patricia Paige Grant; one brother, Marshall McCorkle of Reno Nevada, 2 sisters and brother-in-law, Judith Ann Jerabek and her husband Bruce of Turtle Lake, Wi, and Varina Riffe of Huntington, WV and a special friend, Kathryn Grant of Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation will be from noon until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
