John Cade, 90 of Lavalette, WV passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at his residence.  He was born on September 7, 1926 to Gilbert and Myrtle Hazelette Cade in Wayne County.  Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, January 10 at 12:30 pm at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Dr. C.J. Adkins. Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Wayne.  John was a member of Westmoreland Baptist Church and retired from Adel Fasteners with over 40 years of service as a Machinist.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years Violet Baugh Cade, two sisters Lyda Perdue and Sally Rowe. Three brothers; Gilbert Cade Jr., Herbert Cade and Dana Cade.  He is survived by his son Ronald Cade and wife Betty of Lavalette. , One granddaughter: Cindy Gallagher of Huntington, one grandson: Ronald Cade Jr. and his wife Cheri of Wayne. One step granddaughter; Charity Collins of Wayne. Four great granddaughters: Shannon Gallagher, Cassie Stroud, Gracie Gallagher and Amanda Watts all of Wayne. One great grandson; John Aaron Cade of Wayne, one great great granddaughter; Macy Watts and four great great grandsons: Brian Matthew Watts, Bryson Stroud, Blake Stroud and Briar Cade.  Two special friends; Gary “Deacon” Dawson and Butch Cotton.  Friends may call from 11:30 am until service time on Tuesday at the Reger Funeral Home.
