DAVID EUGENE FORD
(June 23, 1952 - May 10, 205)

DAVID EUGENE FORD, 62, of Milton, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 10, 2015, at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born June 23, 1952, in Cabell County, W.Va. He was preceded in death by his father, Doug Ford of Barboursville, W.Va. He is survived by his mother, Betty Wilson Ford of Barboursville; his brothers, Larry Ford (Becky) of Charleston, W.Va., and Danny Ford (Kay) of Ona, W.Va.; his daughters, Michelle Smith (Ron) of Hurricane, W.Va., Tina Holstein (Herbie) of Barboursville, W.Va., Farrah Saunders (Becka) of Barboursville, W.Va.; his son, Chris Ford (Melissa) of Milton, W.Va., his grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Kyle Smith, Codie Smith, Marshall Smith, Baylee Saunders, Arianna Ford, Julia Burgess, Kaleb Thier, Brooklyn Ford, Maddox Ford and Trevor Ford; and many nieces and nephews, friends and extended family. He was a graduate of Milton High School. He worked at Owens-Illinois and JB Hunt. David enjoyed umpiring Little League Baseball, going to concerts, and watching his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys play. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, with Pastor Chuck Elkins officiating. Burial will be in Blue Sulphur Cemetery, Ona. Visitation will be two hours prior to service.
