ObituaryCLARENCE FRANKLIN RAINES
CLARENCE FRANKLIN RAINES, 69, of Culloden, passed away Friday, May 8, 2015 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He was born December 5, 1945 in Charleston, W.Va., a son of the late Charles and Mary Harmon Raines. He is also preceded in death by one brother, Charles Raines. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Brogan Raines; one daughter, Amy Lynn Edmonds (Bob); three sons, Clarence Franklin Raines Jr., Carl Ralph Raines and Jonathan Dale Raines (Jessie); 10 grandchildren; three sisters, Barbara Smith (James), Margaret Raines and Phyllis Raines; one brother, Virgil Raines (Monzella); special brother and sisters-in-law, David, Stanley, Charles, Dewayne, Karen, April and Sherri. At his request, he will be cremated and there will be no visitation or funeral services. The family would like to thank the Hospice House, St. Mary's Medical Center and Dr. Stephen Smith for all their care and support. Wallace Funeral Home, Milton is assisting with arrangements.
