Gary Lee "Rocky" Hatfield
(January 30, 1949 - June 1, 2017)

The one and only, LEGENDARY, Gary Lee “Rocky” Hatfield, 68, of Milton, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017 at the VA Medical Center, Huntington. Gary was born January 30, 1949 in Charleston, W.Va., a son of the late Alfred and Audra Hatfield. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Anthony Hatfield and Troy Hatfield. Gary was a veteran of the US Marine Corps, having served in Vietnam and was a member of the VFW Post 9796, Milton. He is survived by his wife, Sherry Hatfield; his son, Nathan Hatfield of Milton; his daughter, Amber Hatfield of Milton; five grandsons, Bryar Hatfield, Michael Hatfield, Zachery Hatfield, Siler Hoke and Cadence Hoke; and one sister, Yvonne Terry of Milton. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 5, 2017 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Milton Cemetery.
