Alberta Porter
(February 4, 1937 - June 12, 2017)

ALBERTA PORTER, 80, of Huntington, W.Va., passed away Monday, June 12, 2017. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2017, at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Josh Huffman. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born February 4, 1937, in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Ratcliff Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dorsey Sutton; two daughters, Elizabeth Pauley and Rebecca Tiller; and one son, Allan Sutton. She is survived by three daughters, Judy Sutton of Huntington, Brenda Smith of Glenwood, W.Va., and Connie Cochran of Barker Ridge, W.Va.; one son, Jeffrey Sutton of Barboursville; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton.
