Ada Frances Cart Smith
(August 13, 1935 - August 4, 2018)

Ada Frances Cart Smith, 82, of Huntington, WV, passed away August 4, 2018, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was born August 13, 1935, in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Cecil Cart and Opal Chapman Cart. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack Smith; two sisters, Anna Ruth Glenn and Sara Adkins. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Robin Diane and Joe Harrison of Garner, NC, and Pamela Sue and Robert Bailey of LA; one son, Jack Smith Jr. of Huntington; three sisters, Donna Cart, Rita Chittum, Ella Mae Carter, and one brother, Robert Cart all of Milton; 14 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, August 7, 2018, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 11 to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
