Obituary

Emma Irene Brokaw
(September 2, 1925 - December 29, 2016)

Emma Irene Brokaw, 91, of Huntington, WV formerly of Coleman, MI, passed away December 29, 2016. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Minister Danny Evans. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Huntington. She was born September 2, 1925 in Yawkey, WV, a daughter of the late Anthony Matthews and Pearl McClure Matthews. She was preceded in death by husbands, Hassell Mace and Ronald Brokaw and son-in-law, Ronnie Ferrell. She is survived by two daughters, Cathy Ferrell of Barboursville and Rita Brokaw (Robert Bowers) of Saginaw, MI; one son, Lowell Mace of Huntington; four grandchildren, Ronnie Ferrell, Beth Ingels, Kelly Mace, and Eric Mace; and three great-grandchildren, Bryson Ingels, Emily Mace, and Jared Mace.
