ObituarySHERRI GAIL EPLIN
SHERRI GAIL EPLIN, 56, of East Lynn, died from ovarian cancer and went home to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on Thursday, December 29, 2016. She was born on December 28, 1960, in Huntington. Sherri was the loving wife of Dwane E. Eplin and devoted mother to Christopher (Nicole) Eplin of Tarlton, Ohio, and J.R. (Jordyn) Eplin of Commercial Point, Ohio. She was a very proud and loving grandmother of two grandsons, Caleb and Colton Eplin, and one granddaughter, Kyla Eplin. Daughter of James and Marcella O'Lynn. Sister of Jimmy (Barb) O'Lynn. Sherri enjoyed watching NASCAR (Dale Jr.) and cooking for her family. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday, January 1, 2017, at Beech Fork Memorial Gardens. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, is assisting the family with arrangements. Special thanks to Francis Eplin, Debbie Black, Gina Inscoe, Dr. DeEulis, Dr. Kimmey, Oncology nurses at HIMG, the oncology floor at St. Mary's and the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House.
