Obituary


Franklin Edward Browning, 56, of Huntington, WV, died Sunday November 8, 2015 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Memorial Service will be conducted 3:00 PM Thursday November 12, 2015 at Living Waters Revival Center, 831 Virginia Ave, Huntington with his brothers, William and Willis Browning officiating. A gathering for family and friends will be immediately following the service. Franklin was born November 12, 1958 in Williamson, WV a son of Myrtle Rollins Browning of Delbarton, WV and the late John Browning. He was an employee of Cabell Sheet Metal and Roofing. Additional survivors include his wife, Bekeeta "Katy" Chaney Browning, one daughter, Jennifer Browning of Huntington, two sons, Joseph Browning and Jonathan Matthew Browning both of Cleveland, OH, two sisters, Brenda Hinkle and Edna Mae Marcum both of Delbarton, two brothers, William Browning of Louisville, KY, and Willis Browning of Ashville, OH, two granddaughters, Jayla Bridges and Payton Yates both of Huntington, and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Joan C. Edwards Cancer Center (1400 Hal Greer Blvd., Huntington, WV 25701).
